Pittsburgh, PA (November 10, 2022) – FSI, the leading provider of CMMS solutions for healthcare service professionals, welcomes two new leadership members along with redefining the Product team to build on new customer momentum.
In tandem with customer growth, FSI announced two strategic hires: Patrick Woodring, Head of Finance and Claire Meeks, Associate Director of Customer Success, to ensure each partnership can fully leverage FSI’s comprehensive suite of products and services.

In his role as Head of Finance, Patrick leads the accounting & finance functions at FSI. His expertise is in accounting & finance operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and strategic planning. Prior to FSI, Patrick was the VP of Finance & Business Operations for a venture backed EdTech start-up.
- Claire Meeks, Associate Director of Customer Success
Claire joins the FSI leadership team as Associate Director for Customer Success. Claire leads the growing Customer Success program ensuring our customers have a trusted partner within FSI to understand their needs, address questions, and ensure they fully-leverage FSI’s services and technology. Claire is also a previous user of CMS and has experience implementing and utilizing FSI’s suite of products.
In addition, the new Product team is led by FSI’s first original hire, Joe Stockman. As Director of Product Experience, Joe oversees a team of product specialists who help improve FSI’s full suite of products along with leveraging customer feedback for adding new ideas to add to the product roadmap.
